Origami has been proven to have a variety of benefits on both adults and children. In the course of daily life we will find ourselves in situations that make us have stress. Origami is a proven stress reliever. When engaging in Origami you will involve both the mind and your hands and this has a calming effect which helps in relieving stress that one is under.
Motor skills for children take time to develop, they need to have ways through which they will sharpen the use of their brains in connection to work they do with limbs and hands. Folding paper in origami art helps the children to be faster and confident at their cognitive skills management.
